How fast do you process orders? Answer: Usually same day up to 24 hours.
How fast do you ship out? Answer: Same day up to 3 business days.
What shipping courier do you use? We partner with a variety of shipping carriers depending on the size and weight of the item and where you are located. Our largest carrier is UPS and FedEx, but certain larger items need to go through LTL freight carriers such as Saia, R+L carriers, Road Runner Freight and others.
When will I receive tracking for my order? Answer: As soon as your package ships out you will get an automatic notification with your tracking number and progress.
How long will my order take to arrive? Answer: Usually between 3-10 business days depending on which shipping method and product. If your item is a special order or on backorder it may take longer. We will contact you and let you know if that’s the case.
What is your return policy? Take a look at our Return Policy Page. The general policies are based on the individual vendor as they tend to differ.
What is your warranty policy? Urban Bikes Direct has a manufacturers warranty on all of our products, but each manufacturer has a different policy. Before ordering, make sure to review our Warranty Policy Page to see how you will be covered.

If something is out of stock can I back order or special order it? Answer: Yes! Please contact us by phone to place your order.
Can I place my order over the phone? Answer: Yes! We are available 9am-5pm Monday-Friday EST. You can reach us at (800) 591-7508. We may ask for identification such as a Drivers license, and your credit card statement. This is for security reasons for both yours and our protection.
Do you offer free shipping? Answer: Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders (non accessory and parts over $449) except international orders or orders shipped outside the continental 48 USA.
Do you ship internationally? Answer: At this time we don't offer international shipping directly through the website because each order requires a special shipping price quote. If you live outside the continental USA please call us or write us to get a shipping price quote.
Do you have a showroom? Answer: We operate out of an office/warehouse in Southern California and at this time we are not set up as a showroom. Our entire catalog selection is online. We have warehouse locations across the USA where products ship from.
