I did not want to purchase a scooter with the small tires. I have seen this scooter on other sites, but when I saw this on your site, the price point was reasonable. Within my first week of riding this scooter I put 60 miles on. I have three other E bikes one is a trike. The other is a reverse trike and then I have a regular E bike, but this scooter has really gotten me out more. There are a couple of things I would’ve changed, but the scooter itself is well built. I definitely would recommend this scooter.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Outstanding. The ATV we originally ordered wasn't available so they immediately contacted us and were very responsive and we got another one that was similar to the original one very fast, in time for a birthday party. They knew we had limited time and they made it happen.
THE PRODUCT: This is a great little ATV for the cost. It's reasonably sturdy and looks good. Turning down the throttle so our 5-year-old couldn't go too fast was simple and just required a phillips screwdriver. It did require some assembly and there were no assembly instructions with it, but the guy across the street used to have a motorcycle shop so we were able to get it together in maybe an hour. The two lines running to the gas tank (i.e. the main fuel supply line (delivering gas to the engine/carburetor) and a vacuum pulse line) were switched, so we had trouble starting it at first, but once we figured it out and switched those to their correct spots it started fine. It came with oil already in the engine so we just needed to add gas. We're very happy with it.

Howard Germroth This bike is perfect for my 9 year old grandson who is a first time Dirt Biker. Size is appropriate and speed is safe but fast enough. He does deplete he battery pretty quick on the weekends, a couple of hours of run time. Of course he's always wide open on the throttle. Hopefully I can find a beefier battery and a quick charger would be nice also. Solidly built to withstand all his tumbles. I was well impressed.
