Covid-19 Shipping Update - Ebike Market Overview
The majority of our warehouse locations are open and continuing to fulfill orders as normal. However, some orders are experiencing longer than normal delays in shipping. Most orders are shipping within 3 business day but some orders are taking up to 7 business days to ship. Our team is working as quickly as possible to ship all orders.
05/06/2020 - Due to ports being backed up and delayed we are experiencing longer lead times than usual. We are accepting all backorders and highly recommend preordering Ebikes due to the increased demand and decreased supply. Contact us for lead times.
