At Iconic Ebikes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, which is why we offer a 15-day return policy on our electric bikes. Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your bike within 15 days of receiving it, please contact our support team. To qualify for a return, the bike must meet the following conditions:
- All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Odometer must read less than twenty (20) miles.
- Be free of any dirt, wear and tear, fragrances, or any other signs of use.
- Be free of any defects from improper assembly, such as stripped bolts or scratched frames.
- Must include all contents of the original package, which include but are not limited to the charger, keys, tools, hardware, and any free gifts.
- Provide photos of the odometer, bike before disassembly, and the packaged bike to our Support Team.
As long as the bike arrives back to us in the condition it was delivered to you in, you will receive your refund minus fees. If you cancel an order or return a shipment that was never opened, assembled, and tested, a restocking fee will apply. We will deduct the cost of cleaning and repairing any aspects of the bike that were damaged or left dirty by the buyer returning the bike. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and safely packaging the bike for return. If you have damaged or failed to safely package the bike, we will deduct the damages from the refund.
If the return conditions above are met and the original e-bike box is used for the return, we may provide a prepaid shipping label to the customer (varies by model and shipping cost). However, a shipping fee of $150-$250 will be deducted from the final refund amount plus any potential deductions from damage or other excluded usage including the 15% restocking fee. If the original box was not retained, we cannot provide a return shipping label, and the customer will be responsible for arranging shipment of the e-bike.
Note that returns are only available for customers ordering in the United States within the contiguous 48 states.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order before it has shipped, there will be a 5% payment processing charge that goes to the credit card companies that will be deducted from your return amount. If the order is cancelled before shipping has been processed there will be no additional fees minus the 5% payment process fee. Once our warehouse receives the order for processing and has processed shipping the shipping cannot be cancelled, and you will be subject to a $250 shipping fee to return the bike per bike. Please make your selections carefully and reach out to our team for guidance if you need assistance in choosing the right item before placing your order. We cannot change, cancel or modify any orders that have already shipped.
All returns must be approved by Iconic Ebikes in writing by first requesting the return by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org . All returns are inspected upon arrival. Once the return has passed inspection, the return will be processed minus the applicable fees.
After inspection of the returned item, Iconic Ebikes will notify you if the return has been approved or provide reasons if it has been rejected. The account you used during the purchase of your order will be refunded within 5-7 business days after the return has been approved.
