If there is any problem with the scooter, the you should contact us directly and we will do our best to solve the problem. If we are unable to do so, we will issue a shipping label to the customer and have the scooter returned to us. We will ship a replacement scooter to the customer.
If nothing is mechanically/electrically wrong, return is possible within 10 days of receiving the scooter. Customer is responsible for shipping unused scooter back to our warehouse in original packaging.
Customer must first contact us directly to obtain a return tag.
